Cathay Pacific is an international flag carrier of Hong Kong. The airline was founded in 1946 and it’s located at Hong Kong International Airport. Its major shareholders are Swire Pacific and Air China. The airline's operations include scheduled passenger and cargo services to 168 destinations in 42 countries worldwide. Cathay Pacific currently holds the title of the world's fourth airline awards, measured in terms of satisfaction levels of business and leisure travelers.

- Business Class
- Premium Economy Class
- Economy Class

United Arab Emirates (simply called the UAE) is one of the most developed economies in Middle East. In Dubai, the main revenues are from tourism, real estate and financial services. It becomes a global city and a business & cultural hub of the Middle East. It’ll be the major cities planning to launch Galaxy Class.

Customer Segment

Galaxy Class is planning as premium service, costing HKD60,000 to 80,000 for round trip to Dubai. Target consumers are celebrities, dignitaries and millionary tourists, who are expecting to spend much more to enjoy Dubai trip.

Emirates Airways
Emirates is an airline based at Dubai International Airport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 1985, it’s the largest carrier in the Middle East. Emirates' rapid expansion has turned Dubai into a high-volume intercontinental travel hub. Emirates has built up a strong brand name as a leader in the aviation industry. In 2012, Emirates currently holds the title of the world's eighth airline awards. [pic]

Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines is the flag carrier airline of Singapore. Singapore Airlines operates a hub at Changi Airport and has a strong presence in Asia, and "Kangaroo Route" markets. In 2012, It currently holds the title of the world's third airline awards.

Our advanced flight purser team was created to provide a unique 5 star service to our Galaxy class consumers, who have high expectations of the frontline staff. [pic]
Part of our program is to provide professional training for those motivated and qualified senior flight pursers. Around 8 -10 people in training team, Who are selecting from the most experienced with working over 5 years in First Class and business Class service. We plan to arrange special training to them such as in-house training, multi-language training workshop including the Arabic, French etc. 5-6 star hotel service training, Social etiquette course . Personal deportment training like with wonderful posture, perfect appearance include nail/ hair care, makeup, Skin / body care and health. [pic][pic][pic][pic]

To help reinforce the learning, a series of advanced course and activities will be available. Anticipating and responding to passenger’s needs quickly. Act like a secretary, have client record and contact. All schedule planning and can remind consumer. Same like you would have a personal senior assistant to plan every single detail of your trip, to respond to any changes in your plan or requirements. Offering sustainable services. Increasing consumer awareness on sustainability issues also brings new definition to airplane food with their meals prepared by world-class chefs. [pic]
