All Employees,

Starbucks is the premier roaster and retailer of specialty coffee in the world. Our company suggested having the best service for the customers. Therefore, we expect Starbucks workers to understand and taking serious responsibility to provide the best service in our neighborhoods. There are customers complain about the behavior of the employees working attitude.

The first issue needs to avoid while working is text messaging in personal materials. The customers suggest the workers in Starbucks focusing on their phone frequently and lack of considerate customers less concern customer feelings while ordering. Texting are acceptable in working place only for communicate with supervisor, with symbol and short words to ask the question for your customers.

The second issue need to avoid is speaking the office gossip including inappropriate language. The tradition of our store is to remain a comfortable place for people to enjoy their time in the coffee shop; there are no reasons to share the gossip around the coffee shop. If there are any problems that exist about the relationship in the office hour, you can use email to inform or ask questions to the supervisor, we are happy to receive voices of all employees.
This notice want to inform employees as a reminder. As the mission of Starbucks worker, working at Starbucks is more like working with your friends. The mission statement, customer service and corporate culture are communicated to new employees during their training. The mission statement is so well engrained in its employees that it becomes guidance for decision making. The employees also cherish the Starbucks experience. The culture of Starbucks has some positive effects. It has a lower turnover rate of employees and improve the level of ethics n the employees.     Thirty years ago Starbucks was a single store in Seattle 's Pike Place Market selling premium roasted coffee. Today it is a global roaster and retailer of coffee with over 7,000 stores in U.S. and outside U.S. Starbucks Co. set out on its current course in the 1980s when the company 's director of marketing came back from a trip to Italy enchanted with the Italian coffeehouse experience. Schultz persuaded the company 's owner to experiment with the coffeehouse format-and the Starbucks ' experience was born.
