What are your strengths? My strength is my flexibility to handle change. As a Patient Access Specialist at my last job, I was able to turn around a negative working environment and develop a very supportive team. What are your long term goals? I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in (related) professional associations. What are our short-term goals? My goal is to achieve good position with updating knowledge based on my experience.

What can you contribute to this company?
I'm a hard worker with the experience to get things done efficiently. •I can be flexible with my hours to fill in where you need me. •I can contribute my organizational skills and my ability to work well in a group. •I can bring my personal experience and open minded perspective to interact positively with patients.

Why should I hire you? You should hire me because I have a good record of success in my education. I also have how man years job experience. I think that this job opportunity should be given to some one who has experience in the field. What makes me unique for this job is my passion for my work.
