Chittagong-­‐based a large shipping company (MOJO JOJO), with a network of seventy--‐eight (78) Dealers did not know enough about its customers. Dealers provided customer data to the company on an ad hoc basis. The Company (MOJO JOJO) did not force dealers to report this information, and its process for tracking dealers failed to report was clumsy. There was no real incentive for dealers to share information with the company. How could customer relationship management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system solve this problem?
