The United States of America has failed its citizens by allowing them to choose their leaders when they don’t know who the best decision would be. In addition, it allows anyone who meets very loose requirements to run for the leadership of the entire country, and some of the people who do run do not belong in the positions that they are trying to get voted into. The citizens are usually ignorant in making decisions on this matter and other ideas such as laws. Therefore, we will build a new nation on Meigan Island in the Arctic. It will be called Arctopia. The nation of Arctopia will be founded in the pursuit of the common intelligence of its denizens in all subjects. Our leaders will be chosen based on their overall intelligence in
