Animal rights were made to protect the animals, and ensure them a life without abuse. Imagine a human society with rights, but no one is there to enforce it. Animals have to deal with that every day of their lives. Animal rights should be enforced in order to promote healthy animal growth, to stop animal abuse, and give animals a fighting chance for a prosperous life.
With illegal animal fights rampantly growing in the United States animal rights should be implemented more. Many of these reports are filed under cock fights and dog fights. Animal abuse is mainly caused by the mind set and the knowledge of the owner. With weak minded owners to take care of these delicate and fragile creatures there can be no healthy growth. Animal abuse impacts the life of the animal because it harms the animal mentally and physically. If an animal grows up being beaten and threatened, the animal will always be in fear of meeting some new people. Trust is the main virtue in an animal to human relationship. The welfare of animal is very important although some people may not know about it.
