    Operation Ceasefire was composed of two fundamentals. First the operation was established to have a direct attack on gun that are being illegally transported. It wanted to put a stop on the traffickers who were supplying guns to the juveniles. In addition‚ it wanted the local‚ federal and state agencies to focus on guns illegally being transported within the states boundaries and not just on guns coming in from adjacent states.
