Civil Service Administrative Neutrality Act Article 1 This Act is enacted for the purpose of ensuring the lawful administration‚ just execution‚ political neutrality‚ and adequate regulation on the involvement in political activities of civil servants. The administrative neutrality of civil servants shall be governed by this Act.
