The Pahiyas Festival is celebrated every year on May 15 in Lucban‚ Quezon. It is in honor of St. Isidore the Farmer‚ the patron saint of harvest. Lucban is marvelously situated at the foot of Mount Banahaw and the Pahiyas festival showcases a street of houses adorned with fruits‚ vegetables‚ agricultural products‚ handicrafts and kiping‚ a decoration made from rice flour‚ which afterwards can be grilled or fried for eating.
