    Geographical profiling is defined as a method for evaluating locations connected to a crime in order to identify the probable area of an offender’s home location, place of work, or other relevant locations based off of nomothetic data and assumptions (Turvey, 2012). Dr. Darcy Kim Rossmo, a Canadian criminologist, is accredited for his influence on geographical profiling. Rossmo concluded in his research that offender’s geographical correlation to a crime is routinely based on offender residence, workplace and leisure activity (2012).     Parsippany Troy Hills lies in the Newark piedmont basin in a county called Morris county. The community was first formed by European settlers in the 18th century which before was occupied by Native Americans. The name Parsippany came from a Native American word “parispanong”, which means “the place where the river winds through the valley.     Abstract: How does the physical makeup and size of an organism relate to various activities an organism perform is a topic many people curious about. We wanted to find out if there was any relationship between the body size of woodlice and their speed. We hypothesized that the bigger woodlice have higher speed than smaller woodlice. We conducted an in-class experiment to test our hypothesis. We took ten woodlice and divided them into two groups: smaller and bigger woodlice. Each woodlouse was then let to run for 10 cm and time taken to reach the destination was recorded. Finally, when all woodlice completed running, we conducted a t-test. The value of ‘P’ from our test was 0.8956 which is larger than 5% level of significance. Since our value of P was larger than the 5% level of significance, we rejected our hypothesis and accepted the null hypothesis. The null hypothesis was that there is no relationship between the body size of woodlice and their speed. The findings from this experiment can be useful in determining and studying relationship between physical size and activities performed by many animals,…
