Sportsmanship Workout Log
You will need to document six hours (or 360 minutes) to include a variety of physical activity. A variety of physical activity can be defined as a minimum of three different activities. Students are expected to log activities multiple times per week for each week enrolled in the HOPE course. You cannot complete and receive credit for this HOPE course if you do not complete each of the topic workout logs.
You may either copy and paste this document into a word processing program or print the page. (You will need to add the necessary rows to the table below until you have a total of 360 minutes of physical activity.)

Do you typically do physical activity alone or with others? Participating in sports, running a 5K, playing games, or even going to the gym with other people is a great way to add fun to your routine. Using the weekend section of your local newspaper, a calendar of events from a local website, or other resources, you will identify several opportunities to participate in physical activity with other people and set a goal to participate in at least one of these opportunities. Then, search the web to identify a motivational quote you believe will help inspire you to reach your goal. Include the source of your quote.
Identify at least three opportunities to participate in physical activity with other people in your community.Explain some of the physical and other benefits you experienced when doing physical activities with other people. Some of the benefits of physical activities with friends are that I work harder because I want to beat my friends in the physical activities we do and also they motivate me.
