To using telephone is more easily to pass message to others when you need to, without going to their house or workplace. It is very good to be use in a business employment. For example: if you working in a Reception, then you will always need to pass message around to others staff. You cannot be available go around the building to tell them, because you will always need to be in the reception. Telephone would be the most easily way for you to pass the messages to them, or you can also use e-mail, if they not available to answer the telephone. You need to make sure you deliver the message as soon as possible to others, because it would be some important information or messages they has been waiting for all day.
You will always need to make sure you take the correct messages, listen carefully when you on the phone to customers, or anyone that needs you to pass any messages. You need to make sure that the messages you pass to others are up to date, basically is when you taking message thought the telephone, make sure you put the time and all the details you need to know down.
If these if privacy message, make sure there’s no one next to you when you on the phone. Telephone is a point to point communication system whose most basic function is to allow two people talking to each other whenever they are. It would be in a different city or country. There is the hold button; you can press it to put someone on hold. Then there is call waiting, caller id, call forwarding, speed dial, group connections. The group connections are mostly for businesses. You can leave voice message to other people.

    Business communication forms are continually evolving into many different forms. There was a time when communications were done by simpler means such as telephone, mail or by courier. That is not because that was the way businesses chose to communicate, but because it was the only way to. Technology had not advanced to accommodate busy lifestyles, and business deals that can fall apart in a matter of seconds simply because they could not speak to someone that was far away right at that very moment. That keeps everyone tapped into one another by a simple click of a button, and the ease of speaking to someone for some last minute input into a project can take place without the inconvenience of having to call that person on the phone.     Modern telephone systems offer a variety of features. Some are essential communication tools; other features that people will likely use on a more discretionary basis. One common and frequently used feature of today’s telephone systems is voice mail. If you can’t take am incoming call, voice mail allows callers to record messages which you can access at your convenience. An auto-attendant feature, useful for businesses, consists of a centralized recorded message to greet callers and direct their calls to the right numbers. You can use a phone systems conference – calling feature to allow a number of people to participate in a call at the same time. Each system allows different numbers of people to participate, and all remain on the call until they hang up. Telephone systems offer various features for managing incoming calls, one useful feature is call transfer, which allows me to transfer calls from my number to another number. Another much used feature is call holding if you are on the phone and receive an incoming call, you can put the first call on hold and attend to the second call. One more feature within the trust is call mute/secrecy, with allows me to mute the call so that the person on the other end of the phone can’t hear what I’m discussing, which helps with confidentiality because they can’t hear client or patient information.…
