Now let’s move on to the second, much larger branch supporting around thirty users and or workstations. You stated that this branch has much better network connectivity than its smaller counterpart. In this case, I would recommend a DNS server set up in the primary zone. The primary zone is the primary source of information. I would also further suggest moving your servers from the smaller branch to the larger branch. All files from the smaller branch could be accessed via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) remote link. This would allow the smaller branch the ability to use a much smaller and less expensive router, which might help with the lag the users have experienced.…

I recommend that all the information that is needed for each new site is correctly documented and added to the Root Active Directory through the Active Directory sites and services. This is done so that the Root AD will automatically build the intersite replication topology based on the information provided about the new site connections. Each new site AD will have an individual domain controller that is known as the intersite topology generator and they are assigned to build the topology at their sites.…

The first store was opened in partnership between Penney, T.M Callahan and Guy Johnson as a ‘cash only’ store, refusing to take mining script or extend credit. Investing his entire savings of $500, Penney had to borrow $1,500 and was cautioned against his ‘cash only’ policy, as other stores in mining towns had been failing. The store was a success in spite of bankers warnings earning $28,898 in sales. Within two years Penney bought out Callahan and Johnson, and Penney had taken over their three other stores. Conclusion: United Rentals has scored lower than its competitors Hertz Equipment Rental and Atlas. United Rentals is especially weak in global expansion as the company only operates in North America. Both Hertz and Atlas have extended their operations in countries such as China, India and Western European countries. In terms of brand image and customer loyalty, United Rentals has a well established consumer base in North America as 90% of the revenue comes from returning customers. Currently United Rentals has the highest market share in the equipment rental industry with 7%; however United Rentals needs to focus on expansion in the global market. Online sales for equipment rental is increasing, however web presence of all three companies’ still lack integration and organization. (United Rentals 2007 Annual Report, 2007)…

“I attribute my success to this - I never gave or took any excuse." (Florence Nightingale) The reasons that I wish to pursue a Masters of Science in Nursing are many. I have been practicing as a nurse since I graduated with a BSN degree in 2010 from East Tennessee State University. For two years I have worked as a Dialysis Unit Nurse and it has been during this time that my passion for the vocation of nursing has truly bloomed. Through this experience I have learned the value of keeping to one’s dreams and persevering. Despite the fact it has taken me some time to obtain my Bachelors degree it has only inspired me to continue on to get my Masters so I can expand my knowledge of the nursing profession and all that it entails. A Masters degree would also help me in my future career goals and aspirations, which is to be able to assist those in the rural areas of our community.…

Many would say that our current school system is flawed in many ways, one of which is the manner in which they get funding and quality of the information they are implanting into our children’s minds. There however is a way we can fix this, that is if we take on a movement of Interdependence, this means everyone has a sense of citizenship in their community and the world for that matter, do you agree with this? If you do than you would be able to relate to Benjamin Barber and the writing in his article, The Educated Student: Global Citizen or Global Conumer?, because he brings attention to these topics. At the beginning of his article Barber discusses how our founding fathers intended for all of our citizens to be well educated, “John Adams argued hard for schools for every young man…Thomas Jefferson made the same argument for public schooling for every potential citizen in America…” (Barber 416.3.2-3). He then proceeds to discuss how in present time there public school systems are being forced to run advertisements of companies in exchange for funding, because they are not funded enough without it; “We have watched this commercialization and privatization, a distortion of the education mission and its content, going to the heart of our schools themselves.” (Barber 417.11.1). Benjamin Barber puts great emphasis on the fact that we as a nation need to better understand citizenship and what it means to be a citizen, and on top of that be more aware of the other nations of this world and our relationship to them. We are a very multicultural nation, but he expresses how little we care about that and how we don’t understand that it gives us an advantage that we need to capitalize on. (421.28-29). Benjamin Barber has written many other articles and is still pushing the movement for Interdependence.…
