    Yoga started back 3,000 years ago in India. Although yoga includes physical exercise, it also works with training ones mind, body, breathing, connecting with spirituality. A person who goes through yoga foes through the specific positions while trying to control their breathing. The exact origins of yoga are uncertain. Yoga has originated from the east. The earliest evidence of yoga has come up on ancient Shamanism. Things like existing text for example, Rig-Veda, Rig-Vedd is composition of hymns. In Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism the word yoga means “spiritual discipline.” People often associate yoga with the postures and stances that make up the physical activity of the exercise, but after further inspection it becomes clear there’s none than that.
