Why Peanut M & M's Are The Best Candy Out
Peanuts… Have you tried them? But have you tried them with chocolate? Have you ever found yourself in the candy aisle at the store arguing with your family/friends over which candy is the best? To answer your question, Peanut M&M’s are the best candy out there for various reasons. These colorful, fun-sized chocolates are not only healthy but also less messy.
To begin with, Peanut M&M’s don’t get stuck to your teeth. If you take a bite out of a Twix, Snickers, Milky Way, etc. those always manage to get stuck to your teeth and it’s just a big mess. According to Jenny Sugar (2017), research shows that Peanut M&M’s were not included in the top 9 worst candies for your teeth. Peanut M&M’s are super easy to eat and much easier to share with your peers. When you’re looking for a healthy snack at home, at work, or on the go, Peanut M&M’s can be the perfect way for you to satisfy your cravings while sticking to a diet. According to an article called, “Peanut M&Ms: A Healthier Snack than You Think!,” research shows that because they are rich in protein and fiber, Peanut M&M’s can actually help you stave off hunger cravings by leaving you feeling fuller longer. In addition, Peanut M&M’s are low in cholesterol and sodium, which can easily drive up your weight when consumed in excess. A great idea when eating Peanut M&M’s is that you can mix them with your bag of trail mix. This is a great way of adding crunch and nutty flavor while being on a healthy diet. However, not everyone can consume Peanut M&M’s. Yes, Peanut M&M’s are great and all, but because they contain peanuts, not everyone is able to enjoy these delicious, colorful chocolates.
