Why I Want To Work At Vaishno Group
The business world has rapidly integrated across once restricting borders, and anyone with high goals in this business world must have an international perspective and should be aware of the realities of different international arenas.
If asked my family and friends, they will describe me as a very pleasant, diverse, active and way to work person. I am a person with technical aptitude with interest in management. I am fortunate to have a diverse background both professionally which has exposed me to different continents, peoples and cultures. These elements have given me a broader outlook, providing me with knowledge in a varying range of topics. I strongly believe all these qualities will influence my graduate work. I believed in providing and maintaining non-negotiable high standards and services. I recognized that upgrading our manufacturing process would not only dramatically improve our work quality, but also increase productivity at the workplace. Initially, I imagined this project would be rather simple but it turned out to be the most challenging experiences of my life. As the company Vaishno Group, was a new start it wasn’t easy but we doubled our production with in a year. I also gained familiarity with risk management working for Vaishno Group. These efforts have paid off as is evident from the long list of satisfied and regular clients. I believed in myself and in what I thought was good for the …show more content…
The fact that I was able to pull off this task boosted my confidence. My understanding, interpersonal and negotiation skills are nurtured by these different employments. Strong quantitative skills, familiarity with computer applications and experience gained while working with Tata Consultancy Services for my six month internship have helped me to develop sharp analytical abilities and have given me the confidence to tackle advanced problems on a macro level.
Thus, I decided that further a MBA degree program would be not only useful, but perhaps is essential in developing my career potential and providing greater opportunities for my future success. Free trade in today world has brought it closer and has created opportunities in this growing global economy. It is this challenging environment that I intend to contribute by evolving meaningful and optimal solutions to various problems of trade. Thus, my goal is a career in Finance and/or International Business
