Why Does Religion Be Separated?
It is very controversial today to think weather politics and religion should be separated. Although it has been constantly argued that religion should not be mixed with politics, religion plays a very significant role in politics globally. There have also been conflicts regarding religion in the world. For example Al- Qaeda has demonstrated the potential international impact of religious movements creating chaos within Muslim and non-Muslim nations. Destroying other religions monuments and spreading Muslim values. We also should not forget that the current president US Donald Trump banned migrants from six Muslim countries only because they are Muslims. Further, pointing out the issue of rohyngas as an example in the global politics and some loopholes such as problem of multiple religions.
Politics and religion cannot be separated and will never be able to be separated because; religion plays a very important role in survival of politics and vice versa. For example a Muslim political leader running for election in a Muslim majority state is going to take advantage of his religion in order to win. The person running for election might use it as propaganda to attract more voters by showing people how he can relate to his religion and people who follow the same religion. For the person running election, winning is advantageous and for citizen a leader who understands them is more advantageous. Right from the birth we are all born with one or the other religion values and political leaders are no exception. Besides, the state is made up of individuals and their collective convictions. When political figure have to make a political decision their religious values are reflected on their end result. Therefore, it is difficult to separate politics from collective convictions, religion from collective convictions. They live like two sides of a coin.     Religion, whether we realize it or not, is a major element of American society (and also worldwide history). For many, religion is a significant part of their cultural identity.
