Why Do People Drink Too Much Soda
Do you know how unhealthy soda is? It’s so unhealthy that if you drink too much, you are at severe risk of dying. And although soft drinks give a considerable sum of energy, it isn’t worth the risk of serious health problems, such as becoming obese, having high blood sugar, and more. Plus, more and more people have stopped drinking pop for various reasons. First and foremost, the amount of sugar in any fizzy drink is unacceptable. Secondly, if you drink too much soda, it can cause a range of health conflicts from headaches to obesity. Finally, other types of beverages are cheaper than pop. In my opinion, soda should be forbidden everywhere.
First of all, the amount of sugar in a single product of any brand of soda is just outrageous. There are about thirty-three grams of sugar in a single can of almost any major soft drink industry. According to Authority Nutrition, boys should have 37.5 grams of sugar a day. For girls, you should have 25 grams of sugar a day. This means in one soda can boys are

For example, according to one retailing store, Sam’s Club “Aquafina Purified Drinking Water (16.9 Oz., 32 CT.) “ cost $3.98 . By deep contrast, “Mountain Dew Soda (12 Oz. cans, 36 CT.)” cost 10.48. That means Aquafina had 540.8 ounces in the box and still cost six dollars and fifty cents less than a 432-ounce pack of soda. To add to my argument, according to a famed fast food restaurant, McDonald's, the Iced Tea is only $1.00 while any soft drink is twice the amount at $2.00. To sum it up, choosing to drink other beverages is an excellent decision for your finances.
To finalize, banning soft drinks will help you tremendously as well as in numerous ways. It will help you with your fiscal matters, your health, and your sugar levels. If you choose to drink other beverages then you will be happy and healthy. Making a difference, even just a decision affects the

Furthermore you dont think that people getting literally addicted to sugar like its morphine or heroin is a bad thing then you obviously have biast oppinion on the subject. The approach that is being taken may have a few flaws but in a general sence is a great way to do it. Its as easy as sunday morning, you're served less so you drink less. It makes complete sence why someone who is served a 24oun portion of a drink may drink the whole thing because its sitting right there in front of them. But as to someone who is served (what should be) a normal sized portion of 16oun will be completely satisfied and would not have taken in the extra calories and sugary content in the 24 or more oun. Of course this plan isnt completely perfect because places like 7/11 or grocerie stores are exempt from the ban as well as milk based drinks that can contain the same amount if not more calories and sugar then the sodas.…
