“Why Americans Should Vote in Presidential Elections”
Being able to vote for the leader of one’s country is one of the foundations that our founding father built this country on. When early settlers came from England their main goal was to start a country where people had the right to do whatever it is they choose to do with their lives, starting with freedom from a monarchy. People died in the Revolution for such freedoms as choosing the leader of their country. It started out as just caucasian men being able to vote and after many strikes, deaths, and protests by many other groups everyone over 18 eventually got the right to vote. Politics have played a major role in Americans’ lives for hundreds of years and voting is very important to many Americans. It is important to vote so that you can have a say in who is making important decisions, someone can be put in office who has children’s education at the top of their list, and every vote is important.

Voting is the thing that keeps our society running the way it does. When a voter contemplates their decision on who the right presidential candidate is to choose, the first thing that enters their mind is who is going to make the decisions they would want made. Especially at this time people need to know that their voices are being heard. Right now the country is in a recession, it is important to vote for the candidate who will make the right decisions to create jobs and get the country out of this recession. Another major issue is healthcare. It is important for a voter to vote for the candidate who they think is going to make the right decision on their healthcare. Education is key to have a well run country in the future. The country needs highly educated people so when this generation goes into the workplace the country will run

successfully. A candidate who wants better education for everyone is key to have in office.
Giving equal opportunity to everyone to get a better education gives America more
