Who Is Barack Obama A Better President?

Barack Obama could be considered one of the best presidents in this century; he ended the great recession, dropped unemployment from 10.1% to less that 5%, won a nobel peace prize, shrunk the Federal budget deficit by two thirds since 2009, the stock market has not dropped since he has entered Office, and he has done many more things for the American people. Barack Obama is a very perceptive president he knows what is going on and is an excellent public speaker; well enough to have people listen to him and since he is good with his words and also has good ideas he can persuade people to support him or convince people to go against their own opinion which can help make a better president in crucial and even non crucial situations. When Barack Obama entered the U.S. Office the United States was in a great recession which started around 2007 that only lasted seven months into his first term in office after congress approved a seven hundred eighty seven billion dollar stimulus package which cut taxes, extended unemployment benefits, and funded public works projects(1).

Not that it makes him a better president than anyone else but it definitely makes Barack Obama look a lot better. Barack won the Nobel Peace prize for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples(4). Barack Obama has done much for our allies and “enemies” such as Cuba. Obama’s foreign policies help us become one with other nations and in his policies he helps us while also giving or helping the other nations with what they need. In Cuba he started putting efforts to open up relations between Cuba and the United States of America even though there is much more to be done there is a slight from our engagement with
