When Do We Know When Police Goes Too Far?
When do we know when the police goes too far?
The police are supposed to prevent people braking the law. They are supposed to keep order. However, some does not for fill the justice and fairness. I think the situation can be divided into two groups. The individuals, those who are actually not qualified to the job and the Law infirmed. The one who decide what the people can do and cannot do. Sometimes the world are not as beautiful as some believes.
For personal gain
There are many police officer who are good guys and follow the law. They have good sense and only do the job in the right way. Others does not think this way. I have heard of a few situation where police officers had arrested someone just because they said some things against them. They do this just because they wanted to demonstrate their power. Some police officers even do things that are illegal. This is not fear. Nevertheless, the worst kind of police officers are the ones who are racist. I thought the police were supposed to protect peoples. However, in this case they are fare away from protecting. I have read many situations about police officers had arrested or worst, start shooting just because they are prejudices and dislike …show more content…
I am passionate about the subject of being fair and that everyone should get a chance.
My point of view, it is pointless to abuse their power. I believe strongly that the even when the police is protected by the law, it does not mean that they can exaggerate. This is simply not fear, far away from fear. In example, I can easily see the differences between Norway and U.S.A
We have a lot more justice and freedom. I have read an article on Facebook there they wrote: the police in Norway have only killed to men sins 2002 and in Meanwhile, U.S. have they killed about 1106 men during the same period. This is one of the reason I chose this subject.
Many peoples are writing about this in the media. All around the world. I got some of my facts from Facebook.

I think the police and the rulers can do stupide ting some times. I think some people are not supposed to be on the top. Some just are selfish and make pore decisions. It is still racists in the world and some end up in the police force. Racist’s treats people different based on origins and beliefs. This behaver allows people who are involved get angry. However, they cannot say anything against it. I think we should stop this

    During arrests, during searches, and while they pass laws that aren't just. There have been many incidents of violent behavior towards citizens and even deaths due due police brutality during an arrest. On October 24th, 2004, Frank Jude was viciously beaten after leaving a party. As he proceeded to leave the party, two off duty officers accused him of stealing one of their wallets. Jude was repeatedly punched and kicked all over his head and body. He was also stabbed in both ears with pens and even an on duty officer began stomping on his head, leaving him unconscious and in really bad condition. When police arrived, he was not helped, but on the contrary, he was put in handcuffs and was asked questions at the scene instead of calling an ambulance to tend to his wounds. Later, he was escorted in a police vehicle to a hospital where he refused to speak until the police left. Even though these were off duty officers, they still demonstrated abuse of power because no has the right to beat and threaten another person because they are suspicious of something and they don't even have proof to back up their statements. Even the officer that was on duty, decided to beat up Jude instead of coming to his aid. When police arrived, they also decided to handcuff him instead of calling an ambulance to help him out.     There are many reasons why someone would abuse their level of power that comes along with the position of being a police officer. One of the main problems could be their level of training with those in control or management positions, or merely the lack of being held accountable for actions.
