What Makes You Happy
What makes you happy?

Before I answer this question I want to tell something .

Do you know what really means to be happy. I think everyone will say yes.
But if you don't know the true meanings of sadness, pain and loneliness it means that you don't know the real happiness.

There are 6 billion people living in this world. They are all different and they all have their own lives to live. What I'm trying to say is “Happiness comes with a price”.
Like after you finish some hard task successfully you can see the results of your work so that you can proud of your self or when you accomplish something you are happy that's how it is.
For me when I'm successful or fall in love with someone (which is really interesting and entertaining) i'm really happy. Of course there are lot of things to write down here but it's too much.
Suddenly I want to write this story or example. Maybe it could make you think about some thing.

Ok here says: I may be an awful person. Today my lover just rejected me. Actually from the beginning I knew this could happen but I didn't care because I was happy just for being with her.
After she rejected me I was really depressed and didn't know what to do. However few hours later I already started to forget about her. I think the reason is I fell in love with another girl and that made me much more relieved and happy. Like I said earlier i'm an awful person. But it's my life and I will do things by my way.

After my research through internet I jumped to this conclusion, happiness is not a mere dream a person has to reach and become happy. It is the state of mind a person creates right now. Happiness is a reaction to actions that happen to a person. Consequently, happiness is a person’s positive attitude to the life in general and to some certain moments in the life in particular.

A human being cannot be happy all the time. In general, happiness is unstable and everyone has its own understanding of it.

So live the fullest and try

What is happiness? That is not a question that may be easily answered. Due to the fact that every human-being possesses their own views on life, it is possible that there are innumerable interpretations of what is ultimately this idea seen as happiness. For the purpose of interpreting the idea of happiness as opposed to “being happy” I believe that it is necessary that there be a more continual and perpetual meaning is attached to happiness. I do not believe that actual happiness is a fleeting experience, but instead, a lasting state in which someone finds themselves. According the Oxford Dictionary, the definition of Happiness is being pleased, being satisfied, and being lucky (Oxford Dictionary). However, the definition of being happy is different for everyone. There are many elements to one person’s happiness, whether that be fame or fortune, or something that most take advantage of such as a roof over their head, or dinner on the table every night. Happiness is an emotion that can be uncontrolled, and is forever changing. Expectations are a major reason why a person’s happiness is manipulated every second of everyday. According to a health website “Positive Med,” there are six major emotions which include anger, fear, surprise, disgust, happiness, and sadness. According to this, happiness only occurs…

Happiness is not something people can demand, it is something people find. In the comic “I demand Euphoria,” by Bill Waterson, and illustrator from drawing comics, says “ Happiness is not good enough for me, I demand euphoria.” Many people would agree with this statement, however happiness is something people have to find in life. In addition to this, the article “There is More to Life Than Being Happy,” by Emily Smith, a writer for In the Atlantic says “Happiness is about drive reduction. If you have a need or desire like hunger you satisfy it, and that makes you happy.” In other words, you can not demand happiness, you have to work for it to truly be happy when you are satisfied with your life. Another thing said in a documentary entitled “happy,” they talked about something called the Hedonic Treadmill. The Hedonic Treadmill is when you get something that you have been wanting for a long time, then when you get it, then you want something better than what you have now. That is why when you buy things for yourself, and you think it will make you happy, it will only last a few moments.…
