Abraham Maslow 's human motivation theory
Abraham Maslow 's human motivation theory identifies that people have different needs that should be arranged as a pyramid in a specific order, there are five levels in the pyramid self-actualization is at the top of the pyramid which he called Being Need. Underneath self-actualization there are four other types of needs; esteem needs belongingness and love needs, safety needs, biological and psychological needs which he called Deficiency Needs.
