What Does Your Handwriting Say About You
What Does Your Handwriting Say About You Good morning to all my fellow friends. Today, I’m going to talk about what your handwriting says about you. How you craft letters and words can indicate more than 5000 different personality traits. To introduce students to the field, graphologists have them write ‘she sells seashells by the seashore’ in cursive. Why cursive? Graphologists say it gives them a better read on a person. Try writing a same sentence now in cursive and see how graphologists might characterize you. Firstly, if your writing slants to the right, it means that you are open to the world around you and like to socialize with other people. If your writing slants to the left, you generally like to work alone or behind the scenes. If you are right handed and your writing slants to the left, you may be expressing rebellion. If you writing doesn’t slant, you tend to be logical and practical and guarded with your emotions. Secondly, if the size of your letter is large, you have a big personality. Many celebrities have large handwriting. It may suggest that you are outgoing. If the size of your letter is small, it means that you are focused and can concentrate easily. You tend to be introspective and shy. If it is average, it means you are well adjusted and adaptable. Thirdly, if your loops are closed for L, you are restricting yourself in some way. If it is full for L, you are spontaneous and relaxed and find it easy to express yourself. If it’s closed for E, you tend to be skeptical and are unswayed by emotional arguments. If the E is full, you have an open mind and enjoy trying new things. Lastly, if your letter ‘s’ is round, you are a people pleaser and seek compromise and avoid confrontation. If your letter ‘s’ is pointy, you are intellectually probing and like studying new things. The higher and pointier the peaks, the more ambitious you are. Also, if your letter ‘s’ is open at the bottom, you might not be following your heart. For example, you always wanted to be an artist, but you have a career in finance.

The three letter code I received was SCR which stands for social (S) conventional (C) and realistic (R). I would agree with the letters I have received. In a work environment I can be social and work together to complete tasks. The other part of being social is being able to share and present your ideas and research well. In my opinion I do think I am fairly well at speeches. The last couple letters are really what describes me. Conventional because if something new is found and it doesn't have much information to support it I would support the old method. The old method works and it is most likely effective. I would also call myself realistic because that is a lot of problem solving with the knowledge I learned. Problem…

The Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis helped the researchers understand more in- and depth the experiences left-handed individuals faced in their daily life. The information that emerge from the study can play an important role in helping parents of left-handed individuals, teachers, and developmental and clinical psychologist to understand the suppression and discrimination left-handed individuals are confronted in a daily basis (Masud & Ajmal, 2012). Therefore, this particular research is helpful in informing and teaching parents to support their left-handed children and make things easier for them, instead of suppressing them. For teachers, although information still lacks in this area, this information can help teachers gain more knowledge…

When a person acquires the letter E, their interest is most present when dealing with the outer world of actions, objects, and persons. Also, another form of the word extraversion is extravert. An extravert is an outgoing, overtly expressive person. When I added the position of cheerleading captain to my personal life, I knew that I needed to become a leader for the squad. In my opinion, a leader needs possess and outgoing demeanor in order to assume control and responsibility in different situations. I found out that leading a group of sixteen (16) high school girls was very complicated and my extraverted personality helped me lead them properly. For example, during a summer practice, four (4) cheerleaders were on their cell phones, which was strictly prohibited during practice hours. Due to the violation of the rules, the entire cheer squad was required to complete “suicides” in the gym, which is a form of exercise. After our punishment was complete, I forced the cheerleaders to power their phones off and keep them inside of a bag, out of reach. If I had an introverted personality, I believe that it would not have been as simple to punish the members of the high school cheerleading squad. I would have been to shy to speak up. A lesson that can be taken from this specific example is as follows: in order to be a successful leader or role model, an extraverted personality type will make the experience(s) easier. This specific personality will help a leader communicate better with a group of people, which will lead to an overall better connection. Therefore, I believe the letter E is most fitting to my personal learning…

My tenth grade English teacher had one eye. He always wore a patch, or classes with one black lenses. This teacher was shot while at war, and even though he was a little too sarcastic he taught me what I have learned so far about writing. There are sixteen possible personality types in The Keirsey Temperament Test. After taking the test I found out I am an ISFP. My test results were eighty-nine percent introvert, fifty percent sensing, thirty-one percent feeling, and eleven percent perceiving. After reading through the results and the explanations the only one I disagree with is perceiving. The other three are pretty accurate. In writing we all have strengths and this test pin pointed a few of mine. I am also going to talk about my Keirsey Temperament Test results and how writing will affect me in the career choice I hope to pursue.…

Yet Penmanship delights in challenging this notion of the old as decaying and useless. Indeed, throughout the short story the old is constantly rejuvenated by the new. Seeming anachronisms are given a new life by the actions of the present. Inheritance is the best example of the invigoration of the old by the new. As such, the penman receives the fountain pen, a heirloom, and gives it utility, a purpose in the age of typewriters and computers. The repair shop for old pens on Escolta is "now run by a Chinese woman who inherited the place from her father." Nora's arrival, someone who is nearly half his age, brings to fruition an unexpected event, "the penman fell in love again." It is through this new woman that a life of drudgery and solitude may be changed, that hope is born again, "I haven't had a chance to be, he thought, not for so long."…
