What Are The Differences Between The North And The South Before The Civil War
The north and the south had many differences before the Civil war. With the climate, economy, culture, transportation, and more. There were many things that made the south different than the north one of the main differences between the South and the North was that the South was slave states and the North was free states.

Climate/Geography

To start off with, the south climate was warm and sunny. The South also have humid summers mild winters and heavy rainfall. While the South was good for farming, and agriculture the North has warm, and humid summers, and snowy winters. The North's land is difficult for farming they had a short growing season.
