People can use a wellness check in life to understand the value of life, it also means that you can use this to understand how much life can be valued when you care about your health and staying stress free. This assessment can help others to amend on how to start changing little things in life to help them when they want to avoid stress. Such as a question that was stated on the wellness check asked “Do you get between 7 to 8 hours of sleep most nights ?”, for me personally I get usually about 5 to 6 hours of sleep. Do to the fact, that I get back from work around 10:30pm come home eat, take a shower, and last but not least is having to finish my homework.
