Week 9 Assignment 1
Ethics shows how a person prioritizes core values on ethical decisions such as if they were focusing on results, pursuing goals of rights and responsibility, following foundations and principles like relationships, and assuring justice and fairness like reputation developing an ethical character. These four things the ethical lenses are not only influence the decisions that we make, but also how we interact with others when faced with ethical challenges. By understanding our own biases and how to recognize the biases of others, it is easier to arrive at ethical conclusions without conflict. This assessment tool is an invaluable first step to ethical awareness. A person with being to overconfident could result in bad decision making because they would expect the same time of result for everything all the time. I do not intentionally do this, but it just happens It is probably

When you establish a functional organizational structure, you are building a hierarchy based on the job role of each employee. Functional organizational structure groups together employees who work toward a common goal. For example, all of your marketing employees would be in the same group. Even if you only have two or three employees who fulfill the marketing role of your small business, you would structure it so one person is in charge, such as the vice president of marketing. His team would consist of a marketing manager and a public relations manager. The functional structure provides focus to the employees, because they know they are working toward a common goal. You should always write while considering the purpose, tone, and audience. The purpose is the reason the writer composes the paragraph. The tone is the attitude the writer conveys about the paragraph’s subject. The audience is the individual or group with whom the writer intends to address. A very important aspect of academic writing should be the quality of writing. The writing quality is especially important when you are seeking to be published. It is very important to put a lot of effort ensuring that the writing style of an academic essay is up to par. The content for academic writing should be well identified by the topic. The reader is expecting that the content matter will be related to the topic. Like when placing subtopics within an academic writing piece, the content should match the subtopic. In most cases, someone reading your academic piece for specific information should be able to go to a subtopic and obtain all the information that is needed. The structure of the academic article is also a part of the writing quality. It will be very hard for people to understand what you are writing if the sentence structure is lacking. Proper structure within an article allows you, as the writer, to effectively communicate ideas about a particular topic. Proper structure enables the reader to access information efficiently.
