Dear Sir or Madam:
My name is XiaYan. Now I’m a student of Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), and I will finish my course on 11 May, 2013. I want to further my course in UK, I want to apply to the university named North Umbria University. As for the reason why I choice the major of business management is that I have always been interested in businesses and how they operate, as well as being fascinated by other languages and cultural differences. I believe that the degree I have obtained, is the best choice for me. I will be looking forward to learning about the international business world and I am relishing the thought of learning to integrate with people from different countries and cultures. The idea of learning to communicate with other people across the world is something that has always appealed greatly to me. And I have studied financial management, macro- micro- economics, accounting, international currency-credit relations and other subjects in the diploma and advanced diploma, I like these subjects very much.
As for why I want to go to the UK to study, I think the reason is that I want to practice my oral English and I want to improve myself in a high level. I think study in UK can allow me to build a firm foundation and programmed of study and encourage me to think beyond the completion of the degree and to take ownership of my future. Programmes are designed to be both practical and work-based, thereby enabling me to transfer what they’ve learnt directly at university to any work environment. To ensure me realize their potential and become more competent many institutions allow and encourage my undergraduates to undertake a period of work experience and placements.
In today’s world, the modern business world is rapidly evolving, and the key to success in this sector is to be creative and innovative. A business studies will equip us to succeed in it by giving us these
