Pre-recruitment:
• Responsible for full life - cycle recruitment and placement for all verticals in Non – IT

• Under standing the Clients requirement & customize the search accordingly

• Handling recruitment through Headhunting, In-house database system that track candidates by resume skills & Internet job postings /Portals & Employee Referrals.

• Generating interest in the candidates’ about the job opening.

• Scrutinizing & shortlisting resumes based on client’s requirement.

• Brief the candidates about the company & basic training about profile & interview procedure in close coordination with the client

Post Recruitment:
• Post interview follow-ups with the clients.
• Follow up with the offered candidate till his joining date. • Responsible for raising the invoice and ensure that the payment is received on time.
