This project is to developed for a system using which employees can learn and enhance their knowledge and skills. The purpose is to maintain a centralized repository of documents which can be accesses by all employees and staff working within the organization. Learning is a continuous process and required aspect of ones life to be in sync with the real world. But for employees, already burdened with organizational responsibilities, this is not an easy task. Therefore, there must be in-house facilities available for employees to update their skills and knowledge.
