Valveball Debacle

I think that there are more then one person or agency to blame for the Curveball debacle. Ultimately Curveball would be the first to blame because he was the one that made the false claims to begin with and had he not done that then those things may not have happened.
The other major organization to blame is the United States Intelligence
Community (IC) because had they properly researched and analyzed the claims that
Curveball had made then they would have found that they were not true.
I think that congress should have some level of oversight when it comes to the IC especially when it comes to what the United States response will be to certain pieces of intelligence. In this case it may have prevented a war that was not necessary
