- USFF N411 conducted Ordnance Load Plan teleconference for BSO-60 stakeholders focusing on primary and secondary ordnance load points. Stakeholders participating in the teleconference were MARCENT, NAVCENT, NAVEUR/NAVAF, NMCLANT HQ and NAVSUP GLS-AMMO. Each Stakeholder reviewed, changed and validated their activities UIC list for each location to ensure ordnance support for units serviced at the load point; updated load plan ordnance quantities to meet current requirements for major and secondary load points; updated allowances, refined FDNF and AEGIS Ashore requirements and discussed CRUDES ordnance asset management issues.

Included are tools that provide: simplified access to ships’ on-hand inventory; quick references to NAVSEA and tailored ship allowances and afloat ordnance inventory measured against the NAVSEA Allowance; adequacy of ordnance inventories to meet Fleet requirements with on call reports that assess ordnance readiness and cost of ordnance readiness; and an accurate depiction of afloat unit readiness and a quick reference of ashore ordnance inventory. Tool suite was made available to and is utilized by OPNAV N411 on a regular basis.

- USFF N411 coordinated the review of the FOSSOM 8010 instruction. Evaluated change recommendations, lead users’ group review, and coordinated and drafted new copy of the instruction. The instruction was signed at the ECH III level and implemented for FY17.

- USFF N411 provided NMCLANT support during POM 19. This was the first POM under the new organizational structure since the disestablishment of NMC. Collaborated with NMCLANT and USFF N02 to review and update FY18 priorities and develop BSO 60 POM 19 FOSSOM profile and the PRR brief. Developed an initial process mapping that depicts POM program responsibilities for USFF and NMCLANT, timeline of events, and the stages involved in performing the FOSSOM
