Allstate is a publicly listed US based insurance company which specializes in Annuities, life, pensions and other insurance products. ANI is a company with 1500 strong employee base with employees from all across the Northern Ireland working on a daily basis. If this idea was rolled out who would benefit from this. If we try to use the same concept for subsidizing a £5 movie ticket as £1.25 pounds it will create more overhead as no one would wait and buy tickets a week before for a show where the benefit is just 1.25

This method has many disadvantages and the main one is irregular work load distribution. For ex: A team would be more tied up with loads of work but the other team would be idle.
