1.1. My role as a teacher is to encourage the learners in order to improve their ability and an ambition to learn. The main focus of my role is to influence learners to change and grow their personality, professional and social skills to the best of their ability. Moreover, to do clear communication with the learners, stakeholders and other professionals. It identifies and meets each need of the learner. However, as a teacher, I have responsibility to make sure the learners to enrol into the correct course that meet their needs, aspirations, and abilities. My responsibility is to promote safe and supportive environment for learning, contribution to team of professionals

Initial diagnostic assessment to agree individual learning goals with learners
2.1. Fulfilling the needs of every individual can be assumed as a tough job for the teachers but it is essential for developing the students in order to make them active and effective learners for their future life. It brings similarities between students when all students share a certain structure in the classroom. Meeting the needs of students motivates them to learn more and also helps in managing learning. Since each student has different level of need and aptitude, therefore, it is significant for the teachers to know about each student’s criteria and level of learning.
2.2. It is vital that at the time of initiation of new class, there is a need of diagnostic assessment that has to be done in the first lesion. This practice focuses on the indication of where and individual learner is at and also an important tool to focus on the areas that a student needs extra support and control. The initial diagnoses offers a clear sign of extra areas, which needs to be involved when preparing lesson plans that shows no student is singled out in any specific area of course and the class as one are learning with the same level needs extra support to receive

Promoting equality and diversity within learning environment must not be challenge and that all students must be familiar with early age. Teacher must explain students to set clear rules with respect to aspect that how people must be treated. Moreover, they also teach students to treat all staff and students equally and fairly. Make them use resources with multicultural themes; make sure all students have equal access to resources and opportunity and participation. It also ensures that learning materials do not discriminate against an individual and adapted when it is required.     Assessment help to satisfy a number of different purposes in addition to learners learning, such as classifying achievement, quality assurance and supporting lifelong learning. As a teacher/ lecturer, I first organised initial assessment for my learners to test their knowledge of the course and level of literacy and numeracy due to the nature of the course.
