Travelling Essay
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” a quote by St. Augustine, fancy huh? Well it applies to me greatly since I traveled the world in 2 years more than most people have in their lives. "oh now look Siyad is bragging" this isn't the case at all, all I'm saying is before I found my home today, my family searched the world inside and out to raise their family in the right place! let me take you on this great journeyed Once upon a time there was a boy named Siyad...ok never mind let's get to the point. I was born in Kenya, but I don't look like I'm from Kenya huh? well yea stop being so stereotypical! my parents are semolina and so that's my background, but they wanted to raise me and my family with care a safety so they traveled great distances to find the proper location. I don't remeber kenya at all since I was born then moved right away. After Kenya we zoomed to the middle east into Saudi arabai, dubai. No luck there so after we kept searching and our next stop was Moscow, Russia. Wow that was a beautiful place. Cold but beautiful. Have you ever seen the red squatre? DAMN it was nice. But guess what we didint stay there long due to no realtives located there. Well that’s pretty much why we kept moving we wanted to stay closer to our family so we kept going. Before I knew it I was 4 years old and I have been to 9 countries; Kenya ,Saudi Arabia, Russia, (once again very beautiful) then all the way Italy ,and after that Germany. which seat do I take? Siting in the first class on the way to Netherlands, sitting in the back seat all the way to france. And finally after fun,fun,fun,fun all the way to California, being our last flight from Europe into north america. But did I end up staying there? So we took a pit stop to Chicago then our final visit in the US was the big apple. But once again we did not live there because we were not into the fast pace environment.
