Currently the world faces the greatest threat mankind has ever seen, a zombie apocalypse. In the streets of cities, states, and countries, people are being savagely butchered as infected people spread the epidemic across the land. Crippling the world with a disaster beyond anything that mankind has dealt with before. Deciding on the best course of action boils down to either forming a republic or totalitarian state. The many voices of a republic leads to inaction due to so many decision makers is too slow and weak in a crisis to effectively deal with this world crisis with its lack of control and direction. Delays and indecision made this catastrophe grow worse when quick action was needed to prevent such needless loss. Immediate action to …show more content…
With uncontested control over its people and government and backed by a strong leader and disciplined military, totalitarian government would fare far better than a republic. The capability to take immediate and authoritative action unlike the sluggishness of a republic is invaluable during this time when every second means more zombies and deaths. Dominating the people by channeling their fear and anger into uniting the people under a totalitarian government will lead to a determined and organized citizenship and systematic governing. With the assistance of lead expert in the field along with a council, effective ways will determined quickly and efficiently when dealing with multiple side and problems a government and people must face when handling a world apocalypse. A world leader governing his people through harsh times must drive the people correctly and make corresponding discussions depending on the circumstance without much issue. Enforcing and supporting the leader with a effective and disciplined military allows order to be maintained and upheld while holding the line and striking back at the zombies. Through the use of media, such as propaganda, word of a successful totalitarian government will spread across the world, showing other governments the power of a controlled totalitarian government and allowing them to copy the idea and furthermore that government ability to control its

    Orwell did not change anything about Totalitarianism when interpreting into the novel. He put on worshipping country leaders, strong dislike, and war hysterics.
