Introduction
Quality standards may vary depending on the company. It may include leadership, maintenance of the products and how frequent the company conducts inspection. All of these are important for companies to ensure that their products are in good quality to satisfy their customers’ wants. Many organizations are giving awards to those industries that have good quality standards and these require much hard work for a company that wants to attain these awards to entice more customers. The researchers decided to conduct a research on one of the leading car dealers in Bacolod, the Tohonka Motors. The business has been existing since 1999. However, it had a change of management under the name of Bacolod P&G Motors, Inc. on March 26, 2008, which paved way for the start of Tohonka Motors Bacolod. The company has a total of 14 employees including those in its office and showroom. The primary purpose of the company is to do a general business as a commission merchant, selling agent of cars, trucks, and others of the same kind and nature.
