Obesity has become a global problem in the last decade, and more people around the world are suffering from obesity than from hunger. “More than half a billion were obese in 2008, and at least 2.8 million people each year die as a result of being obese” (Obesity n.d.). In addition, this inability separates them from other people; that is why, most of the times they are lonely and somehow depressed.

To sum up, obesity has two main causes: eating improperly and doing fewer physical activities. Being far away from fast foods and foods with high content of carbs and fat is the safest way of avoiding being overweight.
