"If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath." - Amit Ray. Living life with no worries or overwhelming struggles is the beginning to reach playfulness. Being able to wake up and fall asleep happily is something to strive for. Millions of humans around the globe don't feel at peace, usually because they're in dehumanizing situations or have severe life problems. Many people don't realize that others who seem fortunate like with a roof over their heads and clothes on their backs can also not feel content or happy with life, I think teenagers are a very strong example. Being a teenager, you're expected to do something to for everyone; your teachers, friends, family, society and most importantly yourself. I think teens need to relax more and try to find their happy places so they can feel refreshed not feel sad or even suicidal. Suicide is a scary thing that society likes to disregard and look the other way when it happens. In fact, suicide is the third leading cause of death for 15- to 24-year-olds. Studies show that at least 90% of teens who kill themselves have some type of mental health problem, such as depression, anxiety, drug or alcohol abuse, or a behavior problem.
