The Overlook Country Club Case Study
Introduction:

The Overlook County club has hired a new general manager Tom; who is there to help the club with its current issues and as Tom works he discovers an issue with “responsibilities of club members and chairpersons”.(cite)

Background: Tom has realized that the club does not have any clear list of guidelines of responsibilities. Fred Jarvis is the chairperson for the golf committee and is trying to manage one of the golf managers. As Jarvis continues to ignore the responsibilities Tom believes he will push Brian to the point of quitting.
