The Last Conflict In Beowulf
The last conflict was present in the scene in which Beowulf and his men go to slay the dragon. Beowulf will fight the legendary monster that has weaken his kinfolk and consumed their homes. Beowulf is fighting with himself; he is old likewise, exhausted and understands this is probably the battle in which he will fail terribly. “As Beowulf fell back; its breath flared, and he suffered , wrapped around in swirling flames.
