What is watercross you may ask well let me tell you. Water cross is where you take a stock snowmobile soup it up to make it crazy fast. Then rip it across a decent sized pond or lake with other competitors racing for the championship. Not only do you race for a trophy you’re also running for the bragging rights for who owns the lake. Another thing you may ask is how do you soup up a snowmobile. well it takes a series of parts and time to make a stock snowmobile into a watercross mobile.

“The Water Carriers” by Michael William, directed by Tom Marion was a theatrical production in York College, their opening performance was on March 24, 2017. The play starts out with about eight characters on stage , all of these characters paid to get transported to a different country . All these people have a history behind them that's caused them to leave their homes . During this long journey they face many issues like having no water and even thinking that no one was going to get them . To overcome these thoughts they start to tell stories that teaches them life lesson and causes to to open up to each other . Many are trying to escape their past. One young man kills his neighbor and since then his neighbor soul has been haunted him ever since . The character senses this and he flees from his home village trying to escape his past he starts to lie about his identity. Most people on the boat have someone that died whether it would be their wife , sister , neighbor, mom and son these people follow them in spirits. The role of these souls was to “speak” to their children, their parents, friends and family and help them stay on the right path and to help them not lose hope and not give up on themselves, their identities and origin. The spirits fade away once they get to the new land , which in my opinion was good because it showed that the characters accepted what they had to say . This new land now represented a new life for them and for many a new identity .…

How do you define a “real” education? Some people might say a “real” education is about getting good grades or gaining as much knowledge as we can; some might say a “real” education is about teaching the life’s truths to become successful. It is true that people have discussed this topic for a long time. When I got into college, I kept asking myself about how to get a “real” education. I think that is a part of the reason I chose to study abroad in the US. I believe high-level educational system of America is excellent, more advanced than in my country. Honestly, in my view, a “real” education is what you learn in school. Simply, just like the knowledge I have gained, the friends…

This case occurred in a premier resort called the Waterview and it’s located in the Muskoka District of Northern Ontario. The Waterview snack bar has been the leading tourist destination for several decades. Unfortunately since the premier resort has numerous ownership changes over the years, the quality of professional services and revenue has fallen down sharply. In this challenging situation, the resort’s operation manager Rebecca Boddington promoted a long-time employee Michael Welland to become the snack bar supervisor. At the first time, Michael turned down Boddlington’s promotion offer because he got a better job as a sales associate with good pay and benefits. However since then, Rebecca held a personal grudge against Michael regarding his work behaviors and ability to perform and some unavoidable arguments have come up between them. This serious lack of communication, toxic work environment and frequent disputes between the workers and management has substantially diminished the Waterview’s share in its highly competitive tourism market.…
