The Importance Of Professionalism
I believe I show professionalism in my behavior and actions by being respectful of everyone and demonstrating this in how I address them, communicate with them both verbally as well as in writing and how I interact with them in general. I also display professionalism by dressing appropriately for occasion such in meetings and/or church. Additionally, I display and maintain professionalism in my behavior and actions when dealing with an irate customer by listening to their issues, answering their objections and resolving their issues all while maintaining a calm demeanor.
