The Four Main Causes Of World War I

The 4 main causes of WW1 were Militarism, Alliances, Imperialism, and Nationalism. Following the war, the nations of Europe needed to address these issues. I feel that the conditions outlined in the Fourteen Points would have been best to address the cause of the war. I think that it addresses Militarism by saying that everybody should reduce their armaments to where you can protect yourself. Its best fit because just in case someone invades then it's a limit where you can fight back. I think this is best for everyone because if another country has a bigger country than another then it could cause problems. Plus the other country can try and match up with the other country’s army. I think the Fourteen Points addresses Alliances best.
