The Crucible: Is Abigail Williams A Good Person?
I mostly disagree Winona Ryder because Abigail Williams is not a good person. Firstly, Abigail is a pathological liar who blames others to save herself. As an example of her lies, Abigail lied to Parris about what happened in the woods, leaving out that she drank blood. This shows that Abigail lies to save her own skin. Another reason Abigail is a bad person is because she is also vengeful. An example of Abigail’s vengeance is when she falsely accuses Goody Proctor of sending her spirit out against her because Goody Proctor fired Abigail. This shows that Abigail is vengeful of people who did her wrong. As seen above, Abigail Williams is a bad person because of her evil
