According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale tourism bureau, there are more than 150 gay-owned establishments, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and shops in Fort Lauderdale with Wilton Manors as the epicenter (“GLBT Travel,” 2010). The area attracts about 1 million gay tourists a year, who account for about 10 percent of the entire area tourism, or nearly $1 billion in travel spending yearly, according to Broward County 's tourism bureau estimates (Hemlock, 2011). Casa Margot will be located on Wilton Drive in the heart of Arts and Entertainment district. The marketing strategy to promote Casa Margot will include five diverse channels: the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, targeted print media, online marketing, liquor sponsorships, and community outreach through corporate social …show more content…
The AccPOS system has features to assist with guest tracking, contact management, and detailed order histories. These features will help servers and bartenders recognize and remember repeat guests and what they ordered last visit. This feature will help repeat guests feel more valued and welcomed. Imagine how impressed a visiting tourist will be if you can remind them which margarita they ordered three months ago on their last visit. This is just one more way that Casa Margot can deliver an out-of-this world experience.

Time Clock Software Integrated into the AccuPOs system is an employee time clock management system called AccuShift. This software enables a secure clock-in and clock-out for all employees. This time entry integrates directly into timesheets and accounting for ease and accuracy. The system also allows employees to view timesheets and upcoming schedules on-line. This integrated system will ensure all time in accounted for correctly and conveniently within the same operating system through-out the bar and kitchen operations (AccuPOS, n.d.).
