With respect to the disputes between the two departments; the Audio Product Section, and the Magnetic Material Section, the following report keeping in view the interpersonal relation existing between the section managers, will help to decide whether to commercialize the manufacturing of the new magnetic component X-27.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
There exists a contrast in the opinions of the Audio Product Section and the Magnetic Material Section concerning the manufacturing and selling of the new magnetic material X-27. This outline reflects the relations pertaining to the two departments and the respective section heads; that is the Audio Product Section and the Magnetic Material Section.
It is recommended that the Audio Product Section should be given an opportunity to carry out the manufacturing operations of X-27 for a time-frame of 18 months, as it will ensure the recovery of the research and development cost vested by the section for introduction of X-27.
