Taoism
Lao Tzu, the founder of Taoism, proposed a lot of important views and conceptions which have original enchantment in Chinese philosophy, and influence the afterworld deeply.
What is success? There are many factors be mentioned in Taoism which includes people need to learn to resilient, clam and not impetuous; meanwhile, taking control of your own emotion at any time is one of the most important factor for success. It is a portrayal of “What is most straight appears devious; the greatest skill appears like clumsiness; the greatest eloquence seems like stuttering. Keeping still overcomes movement; cold overcomes heat. Who is calm and quiet becomes the guide for the univers”. For instance, there is another example that describes the essence of success in details which is “He who knows others is learned; he who knows himself is wise. He who conquers others has power of muscles; he who conquers himself is strong”. In fact, regardless of anything, the most dangerous enemy to overcome is your own. If someone cannot reach and defeat own requirements, how to resist the others? You have to be clearly aware of your own deficiencies and have self-knowledge in everything. Afterwards, improve yourself through the efforts of learning step by step. Since then, you laid an important cornerstone for your future. “He who knows does not speak; he who speaks does not know”, which points out the real master will not tell so easily and the people who talk all the time must not be fully grasp. Illustrated by this sentence that people need to be questioning and modest. Mostly, people prefer to talk with person who understands hierarchy and humble. In order to have potential for success, you should put rashness away, stand up and downs, praise and criticism.

I totally agree with these three philosophies of success. First of all, recognize own strengths and weaknesses. Secondly, combine them together and improve yourself gradually; afterwards, you can achieve goals step by...
