One significant aspect of ADP is that the company has clients in many foreign countries, but less than only 20% of ADP’s revenues come from other regions of the world. The company has been majorly focusing on customers’ needs here in the US, keeping their clients up to date with the current laws and regulations (their HR department) and making payroll processing convenient. What they lack, though, is a diversified geographic. It’s important to concentrate on the US operations, but other countries have specific issues that may need to be handled differently. If ADP wants to expand and take full advantage of their services, they ought to pay more attention to their geographic diversification.…

STEM education, the water drought, and a recent spike in home break-ins and theft are just a few top issues in the San Gabriel Valley. STEM is a program in which schools prepare students for career paths in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. It aims to guide students on how to apply these fields to solve real world problems that can benefit our communities, states, and nation. One way the San Gabriel Valley can increase STEM education is not only having its legislators collaborate with one another, but also to have the representatives partner with innovative companies. In my recent interview with Assemblywoman Ling Ling Chang, she stated, “I am constantly looking for new ideas to push our state government to be more efficient through the use of technology. New innovation can save time and our tax dollars. As someone interested in tech and innovation, I get to meet with companies like Google and Facebook…

As the use of technology between generations grows exponentially with each passing year, graduating students leave school with a lack of technological-based education required to land them jobs in the modern market. Despite this, educators never stop trying to find innovative ways to reach new generations of kids. One such person, author and educator Cindy Costa, wrote “Robotics K-12 and Your District,” featured in the magazine Leadership, and she argues for incorporating robotics into STEM as to introduce students to technology to allow them to gain better chances to secure a financially stable career for the near future. The idea of presenting kids with a head start to give them a better chance in an unstable job market creates hope in…
