As you know we all like to go to the beach when it comes to summer holidays. But did you know that the sun at the beach could give you nasty sunburn and wrinkles? The UVA rays, UVB rays, and UVC rays can pose a serious risk to your health and they will damage your normal looks and give sun tan. Sunburn is the the most obvious sign that you've been sitting outside in the sun for too long.The damage from the sun is not always visible like sunburn. When observed down to the molecular level, the ultraviolet light can be seen to alter your DNA and cause your skin to age faster. After a long period of time the DNA would be damaged and that damaged DNA can contribute to skin disorders, tumors and cancers including deadly melanoma. There are many signs to notice a sunburn. When experiencing a sunburn, you can notice a change in skin color, humidity and elasticity followed by pain caused by even slight movements. If the burn is severe, you will develop swelling and sunburn blisters. You may feel like you have a flu, with chills, nausea, and headaches. However, don’t worry there are ways to prevent those sun burns before it’s too late.
But many people doesn’t know the specific signs when you get one. Each signs are occured by the level or the degree of the sunburn. Usually when you get sunburn your skin tone pink or reddish brown. If you are having a light sunburn you will started feeling headaches or nausea and fatigue. If your sunburn is a bit more severe you will be start feeling itchy and pain. As you continue on the “Small fluid-filled blisters” may break. Small fluid-filled blisters are vesicles that appear on the fingers, hands, and feet. And they also cause scaly patches of skin that flake or gets red and cracked are usually very painful.These blisters can also be very itchy. And lastly, if the burn is very severe you can notice by touching the skin it may feel warm or hot to
